General Duties and Responsibilities

To help determine your interest in this position, note the following requirements.

Responsibilities include:

Lifting (up to 30 lbs)
Sweeping/raking
Snow and ice removal
Valid Driver’s License
Grass Mowing
Restroom Cleaning
Window Washing
Ability to Work Independently

In order to perform these responsibilities, the following functional capabilities are required: Bending, reaching, stooping, grasping and performing a push/pull motion. I feel I am able to perform the responsibilities required by this job.
